The times are based on first-hand reports we've had in this thread only. I've put a note that a few still need exact clarification for the full range - please do post if you experience a time outside the boundaries in place so far (or anything with a '?') and I'll update. Please state times from first-hand experience only, not conjecture and best-guess, nor the few spreadsheets that are now hanging around. -
