Siren Progression Thread

Cynosure Group 3 has cleared Turn 4

Grats on all the kills, sorry for not updating, have been out of town. Things should be back to normal now.

PantyRadez (LS) has cleared turns 1-3 and is working on 4...or at least we were before the reset lol. One-shotting turn 1 with a full LS group after struggling the previous week when we would have to pick up 1-2 people from /shouts for Cad was a great feeling. It was just too bad that BRD hands dropped when I was the only BRD in the group and I already had AF2 hands ; ;

Quick question.

Any chance we can get an actual ranking of the progression FCs on the server, as opposed to just a list? The only reason I ask is because it is definitely a motivating factor in progression for the top companies. Obviously the server first kill would be first and the other Turn 5 kill(s) would be after, but I feel as though it will make the race for the Top 5 Free-Companies on the server be an interesting one.

Any thoughts?

Just an update for naming purposes, the Backlash Coil Group has Disbanded and Reformed under the Archetype [xA] guild, and is one of the three raid teams within it that are on Turn 5. So, Backlash can be replaced with Archetype groups 1, 2, and 3

That is how it is currently set up, thus the numbers. I only rank the most progressed team from each FC, but they are in order of progression, and time of progression.

Group 1 is on turn 5.
Group 2 is on turn 5.
Group 3 is on turn 2.
Group 4 is on turn 4.

Just something I was thinking about, can we all agree that Crystal Tower isn't worth tracking given its nature?

I don't even think it's worth tracking "server firsts" for it, any consensus?

Due to the fact that it can't be completed by a full 24 man LS or FC I agree with you. As for the extreme primals and other fights I will track them, but from what SE has said regarding their difficulty I was thinking prioritizing them over coil would be a mistake. In other words the rankings will still be based on coil progression. How do you all feel about that?

I updated the original post for how I feel it should look for now, as always it is subject to change. Also if you feel it should be handled differently feel free to post your opinions. Its not Cookie's progression thread, its Siren's :D.

Also, even if though I'm not tracking crystal tower progression, feel free to post your progress through it. I'm sure a lot of us would love to hear how everyone is doing :).

EON Group1 Downed Garuda Extreme tonight/morning. Was pretty faceroll but that was to be expected. Titan extreme mode super fun too :P

Forgot to take screenshots whenever the hell we downed it, most of us are 1/2 asleep and it slipped the mind.

Honestly this fight is a joke, DF puggable, but whatever, I like posting here.

The Extreme Mode Primals on the other hand are actually a real challenge. I feel like they're no where near as hard as turn 5, but Garuda felt on par with turn 4, and Titan has some of the tighter DPS checks I've seen in any encounter (killing gaols in time is not trivial, even with great gear).

Pist Ola hasn't posted, but I know that his group (INSUR) has killed EM Garuda too.

Cynosure group 3 has downed Garuda Extreme

BTP group 1 finished Ultima, working on Garuda next.

Groups 3, 4, and 5 are on turn 4 coil.

Group 6 has beaten turn 1.
