Hey. Myself and a few friends recently left a mega overcrowded legacy server and decided to come to Gilgamesh for a few reasons. We're all RL friends and coworkers, and discovered that others we work with play here. 3 of us are looking to join a fun active FC.
Evil Hobbit (me), Biggia Targetia (yes, he's a PLD, lol), and Atin Moonie. We submitted an app through the game. We're all pretty casual, although I've cleared all but T5 in coil. I'm up to artisan level tools in LTW, ALC and BSM, going for supra. If you need to know more contact one of us in game.
PS -- myself and Biggia should have access to vent/mumble, Atin plays on PS4. However, all of us have access to PS4 and chat on there. We're mostly late night players. -

Hey there :)
I just transferred from Faerie, and I'm currently on Animus stage of my Zodiac weapon. I am online most nights and on the weekend. As a tank, I enjoy helping others, running lower level dungeons and taking the time to explain the fights to new players, as well as making sure to take the time to enjoy the instance and not rush through it.
I'm looking for a FC that provides a kind of environment that promotes goofing around in a drama free environment, as well as being able to get serious enough to tackle some of the harder content. I'm looking for a FC that can help its members out as well as have a positive impact on the community outside of the FC. Aureus Knight seems to be all that and more and that is why I am really interested in joining you and hope to hear from you in-game. -

Hi there, Theojw. :) The process for an in-game application isn't too hard:
You can usually find people withe AKS tag "in the wild" pretty easily, or you can send a /tell to an online member, and they can usually find an officer for you. :)Quote:
1. Target a member of your desired free company, then select View Company Profile from the subcommand menu.
2. Select Submit Application at the bottom of the Company Profile window.
3. Enter a message to be sent with your application, then press Confirm to submit.
4. If your application has been accepted, you will be able to join the free company.

When I joined AKS I was hoping that I'd find a group of people like I did in my FFXI LS. Well not only have I found that in FFXIV, but I found that this same group of people plays all sorts of games and really does become more like a community then just a FFXIV FC. Very happy that I made the choice I did all the way back in Beta, except that now I have to associate with that Artex guy.
If you are looking for fun and people to talk to I highly recommend looking up AKS! -
