I watched it so I was clearly informed on what I saw, and watching it gives me plenty of base to comment on it..

That's not the route i'm trying to go at all, actually. Was only trying to make sure you were informed on who those folks were. Plus i've been up for 18 hours so far so i'm pretty tired lol. Sorry if I meant to seem rude.

It is indeed Shuichi Ikeda, best known for Char Aznable in Gundam and other roles like Akai Shuichi in Conan and Shanks in One Piece. Love his voice, so glad they got some famous people to do voice.
