That's 100 total inventory, broken up into four 25 slot bags. Hopefully we can upgrade that later.

Those bags must be HUGE if you can fit your Chocobo in there lol. Also yeah, looks like 100 spaces split up into 4 bags. This means that it's quite likely we can get more bags than that down the road or that the current bags expand.

I hope we can keep a menu like our current inventory screen as well as this, I perfer list views so I hope theres an option to keep both

These screenshots are simply amazing. Is anyone else getting that same feeling they had about the game before the beta catastrophe? I never thought I'd be getting so hyped about this game again.

I am absolutely smitten with these screenshots. Sure, they're not high quality, but for not being HQ they look fan-freakin'-tastic in my opinion. Agreed, the new Black Shroud looks awesome and I no longer wish that it would burn to the ground for being horribly designed lol. Can't wait to explore all the new areas!

I'm liking how these few screen shots, showed us a world that actually looks alive.

the thing I noticed about some of the screenshots, some look clear and crisp (those with the UI) the ones without the UI look "fuzzy" because I think they were put through a filter. When I first looked at it I thought it was a like an oil painted concept art, but noticed it is in game, so I just think it is some sort of filter they put into.

Also I hope they sell that meteor survivor shirt or send it too current players! That is an awesome shirt and I hope it is not a tease by Yoshi-P of a custom made shirt! lol Give us that shirt Yoshi!

it says ishgard fortress was destroyed, not castle, also the ruins look nothing like the castle in the game, not even locationwise

Anyone notice how the player is 57xp into lv50 in the chocobo jumping screenshot?

I see that as meaning one of two things: A level cap raise, or letting us cap lv50 because we will lose xp on death :(

Last I heard they had absolutely no plans to implement XP loss upon death so fear not. Probably either a cap increase, which makes sense, or just letting us fill the bar for now.

Its Either:

A) they increased the Exp needed to level to balance out the "Quest= lots of exp"
B) They increased the cap to whatever ( but choose to not show it actually rises)

but the exp jumped 450k tnl which leads me to believe it's Option A

Also, on the 100 item bag note, if i have all 200 inventory slots full at the end of 1.23b, where the hell will half of my stuff go....delivery moogle?

Its weird, most of the screenshots are stunning, up until that Twelve temple thing which, as someone said earlier, looks like a WoW background with a XIV model in front of it. Whats up with that one? I'm hoping there was just incomplete rendering or something, because as it is, it looks very polygonal and cartoony. :/ I will be much the disappoint if all buildings not made of wood end up looking this way. :I

Not all zones are complete, and the graphics engine isn't even fully optimised yet.

I don't know why they would chose an incomplete zone to post though...probably because of the lore

current: 100k exp from 50 to 51 (on the exb bar)
2.0: 550k exp from 50 to 51 (on the exp bar)

That looks like the "Wedding" chapel Yoshida told us about.
I doubt many other building will look like this.

How it everyone missing my point... Look at its textures, at its details. I'm not talking about its design or color or structure, I'm saying it looks like a nintendo 64 building found its way into XIV. It looks very poorly rendered.

I kind of get what you're saying, you can see the seams and the surfaces if you look close and it has a somewhat plasticy-stone look to it. I'd still not say it looks anything like WoW-ish but it's different. I'm okay with it though as it's really the only one we've seen that looks this way and I'm always up for unique looking structures.

Well, you may have forgotten this.. but Yoshi-P said they had to Downgrade the Graphics to improve Optimization and User friendly.

the tower things ya, however... i dont think anyone will be standing
there for the rest of the FFXIV 2.0's gameplay & just...staring at it.

A screenshot with decent resolution like that might look completly diffrent
on anyone elses PC with diffrent seetings.

But yeah i do agree it does looks abit Square-ish / blocky built.

Then again it might just be a temporary screenshot to show off with.

That's honestly the only thing we've seen that is short of stunning though, it's entirely possible that it's just not completely finished yet.
