More than therapy this guy needs a lawyer. He's being punished like he missed one of his probation appointments. Maybe you should try the Chewbacca defense and they'll listen.

It's about respecting player time and achievement. The current system is arbitrarily punitive for no good reason. You put in the work, you earned the rank, and the reward should be yours. Full stop.

The fact that Top 100 rewards are manually mailed by GMs completely undermines any argument that this can't be done for seasonal tier rewards. The technology and the precedent exist; the policy is just bad.

This issue is a symptom of the larger problem with FFXIV's PvP: a profound lack of respect for the player's investment. The reward structure is designed to be a one-and-done event, not a sustained engagement loop. This directly contributes to the catastrophically low population in Ranked that causes all the other matchmaking problems people are complaining about.

Why grind for Crystal if you might miss the claim window? Why bother queuing after the first few weeks when the population dies and you risk getting trapped in a dead tier? The system actively disincentivizes continued play.

The fix is simple and would solve multiple problems:
* Mail seasonal rewards automatically or tie them to an achievement that can be claimed anytime.
* Implement meaningful, recurring incentives (a ranked currency, unique glams/mounts) to keep players queuing throughout the entire season, not just the first two weeks.

Fixing this isn't just about giving you your rightful reward; it's about fixing one of the many broken pillars that keeps the PvP mode on life support. You have every right to keep pushing this.
