That really sucks that you have to go through this! This isn't even my problem, but it ticks me off... bump for you guys, hope everyone who has this problem can play before 2.0 launches.
At this point, we're highly skeptical. Which really is a shame, since Yoshi-P has been talking about all this great content for the end of the current version which will never be in the game again once ARR is out. And here we have people paying for this content, unable to login, but the company doesn't care enough to do anything about it. At least SE is getting their monthly sub payment, right?
It's tough to keep faith.

I just submitted a BBB complaint, almost 3 months paying for something I still can't use and Justin was nice enough to tell me, "...refunds are a sticky situation. You are more than welcome to cancel your subscription but that will probably affect your ticket being resolved."
^ worked for me once but it was a small local shop. Idk if SE really cares about BBB stuff but its worth it keep us updated and send a link once they post your report id liek to read it all!
Prob no update on the BBB claim takes time, since SE prob wont get to it till its close to i think 30 day deadline.
Still nothing, BBB response was for me to call in. Called in and was told I had to wait on my ticket to be fixed before they would consider a refund.
O.o Wtf lol so if that ticket never gets fixed ... ; ; BBB as fail us all.
