I'm liking the style of the Male Miq'ote. It's not as....feminine I guess? As I was afraid it would be.

This Saturday at Japan Expo, Square Enix has organized no fewer than three events, which are linked almost continuously. Thus, after a very nice presentation of Kingdom Hearts with producer Shinji Hashimoto and composer Yoko Shimomura (very touched by the warmth of the public) is the producer and director of Final Fantasy XIV , Naoki Yoshida, who came on stage to present the future of the game No new significant to report, but it was hard not to feel the immense enthusiasm for this project that Yoshida has resumed.

Yoshida took the opportunity to remember his vision of what XIV should be: a mixture of all the traditional elements of FF . He justified his point with a new video game, with its many features (including those added in the latest updates, as the system of jobs).




Of course, the most important is version 2.0, scheduled for this winter. As has already been announced for a long time, FFXIV version 2.0 will be completely reviewed and improved: cards completely redone, more rapid and intense battles, dungeons populated by monsters known from the series, adding mode PVP (player against player) .. . Furthermore, the PS3 version promised from the beginning will finally launched on this occasion. Side scenario, Yoshida promised that he will be long and deep. Finally, side graphics, he announced that without blushing, he said, the graphics engine FFXIV is best designed for a MMORPG to date. Specifically, the light and shadows will be managed in real time. The planning for months to come is: alpha testing on the new servers the game will be carried out between September and October, before the launch of beta testing on PC and PS3 ( in winter). In concluding his presentation, Naoki Yoshida announced that his team has decided to provide full support to cosplay to be still closer to the community. To prove this, he invited two women to go on stage to present the official costumes of the game, before indicating that the cosplay contest will be launched on the official website and Facebook page FFXIV . As the game continues to offer outfits for her novel characters, cosplayers will probably get to their heart.

Actually, it looks like they'll be normal character models without bulging biceps and full manes despite not being a lion.

now that is a shame all you need to be is lvl 30 on one class or job and you can get it, but if you refuse to get one meh your prerogative/loss depending on point of view. I got mine and i love using both my chocobo and the gobbue blue giggly butts and all hehehehehe can't wait for my third mount tooo

Judging by the nature of the picture.. makes me think there's going to be a Chocobo related job ( wishful thinking) but it looks likr the Male Cat is really befriended the Chocobos.

that is how the beast master job started out in 11 but i hope they wouldn't recycle that same quest for a job like that along with the 6 hour chocobo quest for the first chocobo you get >.<

How do you think they will do the Ps3 beta? have a direct download on PSN and give you a code through email?

That's the way most companies do it. They just email a code which you enter in the "Redeem Code" portion of your PSN account. Once confirmed, you can download the beta client.
