Randis, I've been a long time admirer (I had your "kitchen boat" as my work desktop for over a year!). I know you create wonderful art for a living but I'm curious who your primary clients are? Where would I see your work out in the world other than the IFX cover?

I primary work in game development industry as art director, concept artist and illustrator.
a lot of my work is in the pre-production and concept stage,
egro usually confidential and not shown on the internet, you can
however also see my work in various games like league of legends, Thinkerbox,
Damnation, Cooee and many other products, artbooks and music videos.
Before i started working as a freelance i have worked for a germen developer,
we have shipped Aquanox, Aquanox 2, Aquamark and developed AN Angel Tears
for PS2 and X-BOX. As a freelance i have worked for various clients on various
games that i will not advertise here. I have also contributed illustrations for card
games such as Magic the gathering, Devacurse, DenA amd produced a couple MTV videos in asia.

To the OP, great collection; I have seen no collection so extensive in my life. I have a small question to you though; do you happen to have the disc "The other side of Final Fantasy." I know of the youtube links to what PlayOnline was supposed to be, but I was wondering if I missed it in your photos. Keep collecting and thank you!

I should hook up my MSX to my PSX sometimes via S-Video and record Final Fantasy MSX gameplay and music,
that is not something you see every day.
I will do another update sometimes soon, there is still a bunch of Final Fantasy items i want to share :)
For those who missed the lat one, there are lots of new pictures on Page 13.

Next month i will travel to Japan again, need some time to relax. Have to check out that Square Enix Display.

The only Rare thing i have is the Original Shin-Ra ID (with the Cardholder)card which was a Promotion only thing as far as i know.
I got the Shin-Ra Ultimate Book or something like this with the Crisis Core Potion and the Tetra Master Game too.

Amazing Collection, you should open up a Museum.
People would pay some bucks for sure to see it live. XD

I'm tempted to go searching for some of the promo posters and stands that i got when i worked at Babbages (game stop now) Sadly my 5 foot tall Cloud stand got ruined (i cried a lil bit)

Thanks! I can relate... i used to have a GIGANTIC final fantasy the movie display from the theater, it was damaged in storage.
She does have a younger sister yes.

i don't have it, i do not collect models as i explained :)
a friend does collect them, he has all FF models ever released, they take up a lot of space and as a collector you have to leave them sealed in the box... that's big pile of boxes. :D

i tried to take part in the lottery for the event but i cant seem to do that with my account for some reason... no idea why but i suspect that only japanese accounts are accepted... (that would be lame)

@Randis You can take pictures, and even video's. Been to Tokyo, Shinjuku in 2010. The SE store was just around the corner of the hotel (Shinjuku Washington). Very cool store.. hope to visit it again if i ever go that far out of the world ever again lol.. but.. i believe you have more stuff in your collection/house than in that store haha your house is a museum!

It seems that the invitations for the event are Japanese registered SE ID's only. I'll be going but my account is under SE Japan, my friend, who also lives here in Japan but uses an overseas account cannot apply though..

I doubt there'll be any collectors items given out. I do expect beta tickets to be thrown about though.

As i understand everyone can join the event. You only need a japanese SE ID to participate in the lottery for the special stage seats. (very disappointing)
The event itself is free and open for everyone?
