HI, I'm an IT worker. I work in a lab datacenter for one of the largest telecoms in the US. I'm hourly, and not allowed to get overtime.
I service more systems than SE has for its datacenters combined, if images we've seen are anything to go on.
Oh, and by myself BTW. I don't handle OS deployment or networking, but I do management config, switch OSes, troubleshooting and repairs.
In an 8-4 window during the day.

I am happy then that all they need to do to run tests is something they can accomplish without people since its all just a script that no one has to keep an eye on or have people available if a problem comes up.
I am also happy you know how employment works all over the world. I bow to your superior knowledge. I really do, I know there are differences between Canadian and American labour practices, so I did not assume that Japan worked exactly the same way as your country.
anyway, I am done here. I concede that in your view, NA should be fully accounted for and maintenance times should be adjusted so that no one is without their fix during times that anyone in NA might want to play. you will not budge from that and I have little desire to try and move you from your NA is the center of the universe viewpoint.
