Yes, I too agree with keeping the lovely ladies at the Miner's Guild.

Personally, I don't think the game has enough prostitutes... The Highlander Pathway Companion talks about needing to meet his friend in Gridania to find out where Moonspore Grove is, only to find out "He tried to short the whore, and sneak out... so she slit his throat. Luckily enough for me, the whore knew where to find this Moonspore Grove!!"

I too wish to make inquiries of prostitutes to gain knowledge of the world around me... That should be like a new help feature. Get stuck? Ask prostitute! They're bound to hear a thing or two now and then, kind of like Eileen Addler.

I'm all for keeping the ladies in the miner's guild! =D

The fact that this game has prostitutes has been something I've always liked about it. Now add some male ones and some of those famed brothels that were mentioned in Uldah and we have a lot of win. Especially if we get to hire them. XD what... >_>; you could play... cards... yes... cards.

I also have to agree with this thread, I would like to see the prostitutes and dancers remain in the game. I feel it set it a part from other MMO's for that reason of acknowledging that a city did have these women around.

For 10 gil a day, you could keep a Prostitute's job. Call now or else we'll keep making you feel guilty with these commercials!

If I recall correctly they don't have the same name, and I'm not sure if they ID themselves as prostitutes; what I am sure of, however, is that their pimp who managed the miner's guild was replaced by a woman :(

Rostnsthal's got a couple of new *friends* hanging out with 'is good self in Limsa. Not sure of they're the same cats though.
