They constantly point to manpower or resource issues as the reason why things can't be done.
People like to say that throwing money at a problem won't make it go away.. but the team is obviously stretched thin, and their team has only gotten smaller in the last few years, not larger; as they have also come out at points and said that they don't really hire that many people because of their requirements.
A lot of the (not major) stuff that needs to happen probably doesn't need to be done by their A-team, and could probably be pushed to a side team that's tasked with that kind of stuff.

(Also, for what it's worth, I already searched the "googles" and did not find a real answer. I hate that my options right now are:

1. Fantasia to something else for more hair and headgear options, but lose the fluffy ears, runway model physique, and pouty faces that I always wanted.
2. Stay as Viera, but forfeit nearly all options on headgear and hairstyles, some of which I paid real money for.

Between the complete dismissal of Viera/Hrothgar and blatant disregard for healer jobs, it's like I don't even matter as a player anymore, something I've never been able to say until post-Shadowbringers. I don't even really subscribe for the game anymore at this point, just for my friends; that's how disillusioned I'm left after several months of zero communication and/or admittance of making mistakes.

That's a perfect analogy! Except everyone else can pay for their paint job with bottle caps while Hrothgar have to pay real money.
