Yeah so Monk is fine in ifrit after testing you just need whm who know the fight properly. Also Lux_Rayna I'm not sure why you think PGL and MNK have different attack ranges.... If MNK gets hit by sear PGL will too they share the same attack range. I just did a run with a gladiator attacking in sear range as a DD. I played Whm and regen and a few cures kept him full for the entire fight even though he is terrible at the fight, so if a noob gladiator can do it monk is fine taking sears. This whole thread is fail, and so are the people coming in trying to be helpful but have no idea what they're talking about.
