I have a housing-related question: Would it be possible to place our minions and let them roam free inside our houses/rooms/apartments, much like they do within the Minion Square in the Gold Saucer? Just one or two would be enough, I'm not picky! I just need cats in my house ^^'

What exactly is the vision for PvP right now and is the Feast going to be the only "competitive" mode we're ever going to get?

I would like to get some more items that are related to Ascians :p.
Ascian Robe, Ascian mask, gloves, or minion!

What is being done to improve the barrier to entry in the game? The slow GCD, lack of oGCDs early on, the excessive and poorly paced quests in ARR make it very hard to get friends into the game. It's a hard sell to say the game gets good after more than 50 hours of gameplay.

hello, my question is when will we get more helmets that fit viera or hrothgar .

Players are currently using bugs and glitches within housing to place furniture at heights and places not usually allowed such as on top of stages and lofts or windows unto partition walls. Could we please have an official option to place furnishings on a floating Z axis so that we can do the same without resorting to glitching out the game?

It was said that 5.0 will change healer role to be more healing focus. However, with all the oGCD healing skill still so powerful and relatively short CD. Healer except AST have been push further into green dps which is quite opposite to focus on healing. Are there any plan to tune down those oGCD heal or increase damage receive?

Will Cid and/or Nero make an appearance in this patch cycle at all? Their absence from the MSQ was felt, with Cid having a pivotal but entirely offscreen role, while Nero only got an indirect mention in a sidequest. Cid and Nero are popular characters, and they're seen as a staple for the various raid storylines across the expansions. Are there plans for them to appear in any Shadowbringers content?

With the outside housing design restriction lifted (thank you btw) can we get more neutral designs like the stonework from Nym or Amdapor? Maybe a western European castle even since 5.0 has been the most like an old school rpg. A Voeburtite castle/housing design would be amazing as well.

Why was the choice made to lock Hrothgar Hairstyles instead of Fur Patterns to their faces?

Is the Red Prismfish planned to be able to be put in Aquariums in a future update?

The amount of experience points that trusts receive when running instanced dungeons with them seems very low. It's much lower than the player receives when running the same dungeon. This means the player will out level them and be unable to use the trusts to continue to level up with the same job. In order to continue leveling trusts you then have to switch to a lower level job to get experience points on, or continue using a higher level job and get less experience points in the lower level dungeon.

Do you have any plans to increase the amount of experience points that trusts receive in order to make it easier to use them to level up my own jobs ? Can you explain why the experience points they receive was set lower than the player's ?

Any plan to make this game more alt friendly?

Why is Summoner more stressful to play now than it used to be when a goal of the Summoner changes was supposed to be to make it less stressful?

I don't like how Summoner feels to play now and that itself feels bad because it used to be that playing Summoner gave me a satisfaction that no other job did. Summoner used to be about strategically planning when to land your burst damage, something that was made more possible when everything was gated by Aetherflow. I know that Aetherflow gating has problems of its own, but it did allow for more thoughtful and strategic skill usage vs having to use some variable number of abilities to keep all the different cooldowns running so you don't lose damage by letting abilities sit around waiting to be used.

To me Summoner now feels like it plays like Machinist used to play in Stormblood, which seems like a very strange choice to make given how poorly received Machinist was in Stormblood. Why make another job feel like Machinist when the community did not like Machinist? Please fix Summoner, I miss playing as it.

In as vague terms as possible, are there any plot points from the Shadowbringers MSQ (IE the nature of the player character's relationship with Emet-Selch) that are meant to be left completely up to player interpretation, and won't be elaborated upon in future content?

What is the release plan for the Shadowbringers relic weapon quest series ? In Stormblood the relic quest was delayed significantly due to delays releasing the Eureka content. Can we expect a similar timing for Shadowbringers or will the relic quest be released sooner this time ? Is the relic quest related to exploration content again or something else planned ?

Would it be possible to raise the weekly cap for the Doman Enclave donations ? I would like to give them more pieces of gear I don't use anymore.

Any plans on making Eureka content easier to catch back, now that it's less relevant. I want to help Krile and learn the lore, but leveling in Eureka is so hard now that you're kind of alone in the instances.

Hello and thank you for an amazing expansion! The FFXIV team have done a fantastic job and you all deserve a well earned break :D

My question is about the posibility of having an option in the character creation for choosing race specific animations (e.g. having different character personalities) in a possible future expansion. For example, if a player wanted to play a Male Midlander Hyur with the animation set of a Male Elezen, then there be an option to do so.

I understand that this may play against the idea of each race having their own unique expressions, but as a female Xaela player, I've always found it extremely jarring seeing a race who fight other tribes on the Azim Steppe as apart of their life style, having animations that represent extreme feminine qualities, it just seems out of place.

A lot of people pick a race because of the animations they have, so it'd be nice to have the option available.

We have plans for the YoRHa raid in XIV, but what about any XIV DLC content for Nier: Automata ? Maybe a Miqo'te outfit for 2b like Lightning got in XIII-3 ?

Personally I think an Omega-F outfit for 2b, and Omega-M outfit for 9s would be really cool. :)

Over the course of the expansions, old content has been getting easier and easier. For example, the first two Crystal Tower raids are so easy that everyone just ignores 90% of the mechanics and still win. It's also like this in a lot of the old dungeons and trials.

While I find that this makes the content boring for me as an endgame player my main concern is with how this negatively affects the experience of new players doing this content for the first time. I've had friends who have been super excited to go into their first raids such as Crystal Tower or Alexander, only to come out of them extremely disappointed due to the absolute lack of challenge.

Are there any plans to tackle this issue?

Main Scenario Roulette

Any plans regarding removing/reworking Main Scenario roulette? Its extremely boring, yet extremely profitable.
In result - it almost force any sane player to complete it on daily basis.

During the North American fanfest it was advertised that there would be 10 dungeons, yet in game there is only 9 new dungeons. Was the treasure map portal supposed to be the 10th dungeon or the idea got scrapped during development cycle?

There was talk that the team would like to work on more Baldesion Arsenal Style content, however, a lot of players complained that the requirements for entering were really strict. If you didn't clear all the previous Eureka content, you couldn't access the Baldesion Arsenal. Will the new Baldesion Arsenal content be a stand alone content that anyone can enter without much stress, or will it be at the end of a long grind through exploration content again ?

Now that BLU has become the new Diadem, are there any talks of reworking it to be the 4th caster?

There’s been a good amount of people showing trepidation over the healer changes. AST in particular has received the most negative reviews since its update and SCH seems to be in the same boat with it being stripped down. On the other end of the spectrum, WHM is now being highlighted (which I think is fantastic) but is now be seen as “overpowered” in comparison (but it really always has been heal wise considering it’s a pure healer). Most of the content I’ve run since 5.0 launched has only included other WHMs and occasionally a SCH and rarely if not any, ASTs. Are there planned changes/adjustments in the future for the healer jobs?

While the small story-bits for the Job quest are nice to have, I was wondering if you would consider the possibility of adding a series of Job quest per patch cycle to build up on the lore/scenario of each job. When it came to the NIN one, while interesting/fun it's also disappointing to consider that we won't have any conclusion or forward momentum for Oboro's goal for another 2 years. It would be nice if we could get a set of job quest released with each patch cycle to build up on the lore of each job. Something like WAR/MNK/DRG/BLM in 5.1 and then SCH/WHM/NIN/MCH in 5.2 etc etc.

With the strong emphasis that Physical Ranged, and Magical Ranged are 2 different sub roles, will we ever see the elusive Magical Melee?
(Currently RDM isnt considered a melee, despite some melee skills, so I'd assume SAM isnt considered a caster, even with an occasional cast bar.)

Similarly, would melee healers be allowed? (For clarification, not limiting heals to melee range, but making DPS better at melee range, or even a way to empower heals from melee combat. Something along those line, but retaining the ability to go to range, for the main purpose of healing, or doing mechanics for a short period)

Will the Regalia Type-G be sold in the MogStation market for players who missed the FF XV event?

Any chance we can have the parameters bar in the UI split between HP and MP?
(In example, for DRK, I want to move the MP bar to a more effective spot, w/o dragging the HP with it. Similarly for WAR, Id like to move the HP bar to a more effective spot, rather than having the MP bar in the way.)

When will the developers solve the problem of early hunting pools?

Are there plans to unlock job poses for the different genders? So that males may use the female idle poses, and females may use the male idle poses, In a similar vein, is it also possible to unlock the retainer idle poses for the players?

With the general negative feedback towards Astrologian and Scholar, is there plans to revert some of the ability pruning on these particular jobs?

Will you be changing Materia priority so that it makes sense for various classes to use different materia melds rather than everyone going Crit/DH/DET?

Will you be making Tenacity actually worth more than DH/Crit on tank jobs?

With respect to the trust system, will you be adding new npcs to the system?

When are you planning on unlocking Twintania and Spriggans housing systems? We're all homeless and living in cardboard boxes.

Is it possible to add a way to turn off leve music for gatherers? I enjoy the overworld music in shadowbringers alot, and would prefer to hear the variety over the one leve song.

Could you make a "small feature suggestion box" or similar so that Q+As and threads like this don't get flooded with minor requests?

Namazu is so popular in XIV, I love them so much! Our free company is Namazu theme.
Now that stormblood is over, will we see more of the Namazu in the future? Will there be any namazu theme housing furniture added to the game?
