Just checked mine and it says the key is being processed and should be ready soon. So here's hoping it is given later today.

Processing for me. I would buy from Steam, but it goes to a second FFXIV account I set up for my brother to try the game and I can't buy any of the FFXIV content on Steam for my main account.
I wonder if that's why I choose not to buy the Collector's Edition from the SE Store for Stormblood?
Well next time I'm buying either from Amazon or go with PS4 for Collection's Edition.

If it were only for ShB, I wouldn't mind the wait. But I mind waiting for my Digital Items from my CE, when everyone who hasn't purchased from SE is already riding with them a day before release.
Kinda odd that they keep telling us 'dont forget to register your key!' days before it is even possible. Was starting to worry that maybe I screwed it up somehow.

LOL I had the processing your key message for quite a while, now I get a 502 bad gateway/cloudflare message - so I guess they're getting hammered.

Cloudflare service is having issues again so all sites that use Cloudflare can't be accessed.
What we are getting our panties in a twist is the fact the company entrusted with SEs name is acting in such a cavalier manner without any concern for their customers. We have not clue as to whether we will receive what we paid for let alone when. So, unless you have positive information for us please keep you condescending mouth shut

While I agree we have plenty of time it'd be nice for them to just release the codes. I'm not sure what would delay this? No disks to print, no pamphlets to ship, just codes in text form that should be easily generated and distributed.. then again I dunno what a AAA release is like. I would like further clarification of the delay or decision to delay.

Definitely not the same for EU physical edition owners. It's 3-6 PM for us now depending on where you live, and those that got an 18-digit code in a box don't even know which way to get the mog station registration code as far as I know. There's nothing on the SE store page for me and I can only see Shadowbringers as registered on the Square Enix games page. Can't click it or anything.
Did the message for the collectors edition code originally say "Your key is being processed and it will be available here soon or when the product is released." or has this changed overtime? I have only recently noticed the game has come out and i'm not sure how long it has been going on for?

Feels like the physical edition purchase was even a worse idea than ordering from the online store.

No code here either, ordered from SE store. Does SE even have community forum reps to pop in on threads like this and give some insight on all this? At this point I'd settle for some vapid response empathizing with us and how they will look into our concerns.

Mine was processing a while ago and got unlocked now, so the people which did see it in processing on the store site could probably claim it as me and Duskane .

I would only be concerned if I didn't get a pre-order.
Give it till midnight tonight if there are issues... and the store is unable to release the keys SE will extend the pre-order time as it's there store and their game they have control.
I didn't preorder, so I'm definitely there. And the physical edition I got gives no further instructions on how to proceed on the product registration card besides registering the game on square-enix-games.com (with a code that's XXXXXX-###-XXXXXX-### format so it doesn't work for Mog Station). As far as that's considered, some people could argue that they've been sold a defective product because there are no instructions for how to get the expansion to work beyond that.
It is 11:15 and I am returning from a doctor's appointment. Lo and Behold what is waiting for me, none other then my physical CE. I get up to my apartment and check me e-mail. To my great surprise there is an e-mail with my tracking info (time stamped 15 minutes after the time it was signed for here). I still have not gotten a formal response from Scalefast concerning my complaint just tracking info that should have been sent on the 27th when the shipping label was generated. Is this a proper way to treat your customers? You tell me. Still have not gotten a response to the Blu-Ray album that appears to have been lost in never never land. Writing that off as a $50.00 loss.
Nothing yet here either. Not sure why.
