since it's a social linkshell mainly, we accept all levels , doesn't matter if you are level 10 or 50.
Also cannot invite if you are not near a leader, you have to be in range to be tagged.
Tho i cannot say/don't know about others , most of the people i know are usely around Uldah

Trying to get one of the other leaders if i do not stand near the crystal in uldah is your best bet :-)

Hey, I'm a long time member of the Dreams of Vana'diel forums (since 2003) and recently left FFXI to get started in to FFXIV to experience the pre-2.0 content. I thought I'd post here also in case no one checked the other forums.
