Would you prefer a new race or a new job?

I would rather see a new job as opposed to a new race.
Preferably, I would like a new job, and time spent expanding the customization for the current races we have. ^^

Considering the whole Sky, Sea, Land deal the devs have been putting in for the expansions so far, chances are the next one they'll be implimenting is Land.

Calling it now with the underdogs (Ha!), we're getting Dwarves as the next race.

I wouldn't mind dwarves. Right now the only "small" race are the sugary cute Lalafell, and dwarves were in FF1, so a dwarf expy could work.

But, the Bangaa in Rabanastre have me thinking the Devs caved to Viera.
