What happend to Queen's hairstyle?

I got it first drop on 1-9

Why isn't it available for shards? That was the third place I looked after Gold Saucer and GC shop. Why not both like they have the birds, try your luck with RNG or buy with enough tokens. Cause at least then it feels like you're actually making progress instead of rolling the dice and hoping for the best. This is the Anima FATE grind all over again.

I got it after 7 hours of grinding ~-~ best way on getting as much chest as poss is just rush farm 1-10 over and over again.

Got it after doing floors 1-10 3 times from about 12 total sack things, guess rng was on my side today <3 ^^

Sounds lovely, completed 1-10 twice myself (6 bags in total), haven't seen it yet - but I'll keep going as long as it takes, whenever I can.

At least I still have some jobs that can use exp from there..

But that's exactly why it would be perfect for Miqo'te. If they did the buzzed sides like other races get, it could help accentuate the fact that our ears are ears and not some stupid cosplay headband.

The defining feature of the race is that we have a couple catlike features. I don't understand why SE is so adamant about insisting that that fact must always be hidden and we cannot be given any choice in the matter.

It took me about 8 runs, and around 15 bronze trimmed sacks. I ran all 1-10 except for one 11-20 because I ended a 1-10 with 3 of the intuition poms.

I did open 47 pouch of it... 0 of new hairstyle ;w;... good side is I got so many rare minion (baby opo" , gaelikitten , etc) , 3.2 glamour items $__$ ( Survival sets , moonfire sets , etc ) and few of materia V ... and last is the palace of dead Floor & Wall housing *seems they force me to buy apartment or something for giving me that sets*

but yeah.. 47 pouch still no new hairstyle ;w;

Ouch Mariel that sucks! I was expecting a grind like that, had planned to grind my whole scripture cap in there to get it since my luck is usually like that. On the other hand I haven't seen any of the other items you have except for a bluebird.

This Palace of the Dead update would be alright, there's all kinds of neat stuff in there and I would have enjoyed it more if it weren't for the fact that the one thing from the patch I wanted wasn't in there and that the one thing isn't dropping after 33 chests and five hours.

I don't mind a grind but for something i would actually get at the end...i think it would have been better for the Shards or something. I will keep trying had everything but the hair lol!

I agree that I'd rather have had it be potsherd purchased. I'm kind of surprised they didn't add anything to buy with them, but perhaps they will be doing so for the new floors.

got my queen hair on the fourth 1-10 POTD run :)

Got some nice Materia V, Materia IV, cute minions, and materia too

Totally loving the new set up for PoTD

I haven't kept count on how many sacks I've turned in. So far, I've gotten several pieces of glamour gear, 2 rare minions, 2 palace pedestals, 1 wall, 5 Grade V materia, 10 grade IV materia, I've gained 2 levels for my lvl 56 summoner, maxed out yet another weapon by gaining about 5 stats to each side, and launched enough fireworks to put the Moonfire Festival to shame. All while running only the first floor.

To be fair, while it's super frustrating to me that I'm not getting the one thing I set out to get, the rewards themselves for running this are actually pretty nice if you're setting out to just enjoy it. All the Grade IV elemental materia can be sold or used for the Anima questline, the glamour pieces are dyeable pieces of some of the more interesting sets, and the minions I've seen so far are actually some of the better ones. Were I not trying to find just one thing in a list of many things, I think I'd actually really like this.

Ironically, I ran PotD with my wife and son last night and my wife got the hairstyle on her first attempt...lol. Kos will probably have to wait months before seeing it.

I was doing the second set of floors and the hair dropped and I randomly got a potsherd as well.

Reading a lot of these posts, at least the drop rate doesn't seem abysmal.

Hey at least they didn't put it up on Mogstation! :D

I have been running it most of the day solo floors 1-10 i have handed in over 30 items to be appraised...sadly not the hair yet lol

I would like to some examples of my "attitude towards everything sucks" and heres a reason: why lock a hairstyle behind potd just to get people to run it again, when the everyone is just running floors 1-10 over and over? Why not make it free like all the other hairstyles that are added that dont go to Cs? Again its pretty easy for someone to /violin when it took them 4 tries when others are pushing over 20. Fun fact I don't play CoD ������

God forbid you have to actually play the game and do some work to get what you want.

I highly doubt the drop rate for the hair is so abysmal that you'll never get it.

We only got useless fireworks en masse and a few tier 4 materia out of it yet..>.>
Honestly, I feel this is the forum's fault. So many people kept complaining "ew eeeww I hate tokens and the like" so they gave us RNG on EVERYTHING instead >__>
Well, do I need to remind everyone why RNG is bull? Because you can put in work FOREVER and still not get it. At all.

You seem to be the kind of person who thinks "If I'm on my 8192nd encounter in Pokemon, I am sure to encounter a shiny!". Sorry to break it to you, but that's not how it works.
The droprate for the hairstyle could be 99% and there would still be some poor people out there that never get it. That's what makes this poor design, because no matter how much work and effort you put in, you never know if any of that will actually ever pay off.

Got it through 30-40. It's very cute. It also has some nice physics. While grinding for it is terrible, I think that overrall the other possible rewards are good too.

I know that feeling. A guildmate got 5 bags. First 2 were the hairstyle. Then the other 3 were expiditioner's hat and 2 Tier 5s.
Hubby has gotten 6 Tier 5 materias and some thav dancer set pieces.

I've gone 18 bags so far. 16 were 1gil fireworks >.< then a high house gown and pants.

From what my guildmate and hubby stated though. you CAN trade the hairstyle so probably will have people doing PF for the hair style soon enough as people get duplicates.
