ouch, that sucks. :/ Only housing related PF group on Behemoth is someone paying a huge premium for a specific small plot in LB.

Jenova is having an issue where we cannot buy houses(plots are empty but says still owned on teleport)

Siren opened, Got 3 small homes. Ward 2 Plots 49 (mine) 50 (my wife) 51 (best friend and is wife) in the mists right on the beach!!!

Yay us, now we are broke

zordiak also open, about half of all house were demolish, so though was a lot of cat fight, were plot free for everyone.

Gilgamesh came and went in a flurry. Now some people are advertising in the PF to sell their small plots for $40million. Outrageous!

Siren still has a few plots open. I know I could easly sell my small plot on the beach for 40mil easy.

There's a fair scattering of medium houses left all over Malboro, and plenty small houses as well, but all the large ones are gone. I snagged a medium personal house in the Lavender Beds, and our FC managed to get its hands on a large house in the Goblet (very pleased and surprised by that!)

Seriously, though, there's housing left all over Malboro if you don't need a large. Far less demand for it than I had expected.

Shiva was at 11 PM demolished. As i could say, there was quite some wards free after that but mostly were sold after only 5 Minutes. And yet again people bought wards to sell them for 100-200% Costs.
I realy hate those people. ward Brokerin is the lowest tier, lower then kill selling.
BTW. Most PPl who do this owns a 1man FC and a House, so they can buy any other ward and selling it -.-

Nobody should have the need to buy a House from a player for now. Either way it gets demloished or with 3.3. there are plenty more spaces.

Balmung had no chance for people to really get any plots that had opened up. A single FC decided to give their members money and to purchase about 21 plots just to try and make even more money for the FC by selling them back to people who wanted them :/

New wards are not coming soon enough and even then I have a feeling people are just going to abuse the system.

Pretty sure Scalping on this level is a bannable offence. RareX is a pretty sad FC, and they won't soon be forgotten as one of the dirtiest, and hopefully the GM's will step in and see something done about it.

Yeah....scalping is bad. I am just as bad for buying a coral ring for 340 gil off of a vendor and selling it for 10k on the market board.

I don't quite get the point though. I mean, if you can afford to buy a house in the first place, you are making some gil. And if you can afford to buy two, then you don't need the extra gil that scalping would bring in the first place -- all you're doing is screwing over other players.
