I 100% agree with this. Bust size gives female characters an additional slider that guys don't have. If bust size is something that should be allowed to be adjusted, so should a male equivalent exist. -

The reason why guys want one is because they have literally no bulge as it is in the game. That has nothing to do with the maturity of the game. Even comic books have larger bulges -

With a lot of character creators, bust/butts on women get sliders but men get nothing. I mean, there's more to men than the size of their arm muscles and height. Not to keen on bulge jiggle though. But if I can make me my perfect bara husbando then I will give Square my blood! -
