Let the people on consoles play with Au Ru customization

The technology of today is not what it was back with FFXI launched. XI was comparatively less demanding to PCs at that time than XIV is now. You didn't need a what would've been considered a high-end gaming computer back then to run FFXI at max easily, unlike XIV, which does.

I play on ps4 and downloaded on my crap pc just for fun :D I'm sure I'll want to mess with the options more once I get my ps4 copy, but now I have a good idea of how I want her to look ~

It's funny you bring up FFXI because they didn't release their benchmarks for PS2 either. Only difference is that they never added any new races. Not sure why you thought this would be any different.

Really, this is a useless feature anyway. I highly doubt anyone will just load their saved character once the early start begins. They will probably dick around and see if there are any new features and make adjustments to what they liked before. The is only going to be semi-useful for another 2 months give or take and the majority of people will dick around in it for a day, if that, then never touch it again. It's almost wasted resources right now.

It exists as it exists and we just have to deal with it.

Personally, I would rather they focus their efforts on more important things.

The main reason the benchmark is to test a system yes but half the people that download the benchmark probably care less about the actual benchmark and just want to play around with the Au Ra creation.

If they only did that it is proof that they play on PS. It is true that the first thing I did was check the new race, but I tested if my computer could run the expansion. If you check the blogs, there is a lot of people showing off their computer capacity and compatibility with the new expansion. It is really foolish to mess around with a feature I won't be able to access later on.

At first I had a little bit of sympathy... Then read more of OP's reply and just feel like its a 10 y/o kid spouting shit to get what he wanted
