I don't know why people are paying for overnight. It's a pre-order so it will get shipped to you day 1. You will also get a code to play the game so the only things you won't have immediately is the physical stuff.

Game + Tax and shipping was $168.98 for Toronto.

I apparently got signed out somehow and now I'm stuck on the login screen page.

To anyone who has successfully completed an order - are you able to see your shipping address in the order details page?
There were some loading inconsistencies during my checkout process and I think I skipped right over the shipping address part on my successful attempt. Nowhere can I see any shipping address on my order and it's simply "Pending".

Just looking to know if I got it or not. @_@

I agreed with what someone said earlier...don't WASTE your money if you are in the lower 48 states, you get the free shipping and since its a pre-order you get it day one. I've never had a problem with pre-orders and day one with their standard shipping, its just a way for them to pocket additional cash.

Yes, it shows the shipping address in my e-mail confirmation. What does it show in your e-mail?

I've only ordered online a few times, but with SE-store, are they charging at the get-go. Or are they charging at the time of shipping?

Can a rep please tell us if we will be getting the game day of release, and if the shipping fee will be waived at the time of payment?

This is kind of an important factor for those of us who don't want to wait 5-10 days after launch to play the game.

Or will early access grant full access to the game after release? I don't see this as probable since that is not how 1.0 or 2.0 early access worked.

I suppose the problem now is, I don't have a confirmation e-mail.
I have a verification e-mail, which brought me to a link for them to text my phone a verification code to complete the order. Which I did.
I can confirm there was a small verification charge on my credit card.

No further email though.

My email shows me the delivery address and its correct. I also had some loading inconsistencies. Since they don't actually charge you until a few weeks before they ship out I would suggest waiting a bit for this rush to die down and then verifying on your orders page that the information is correct.

If it still isn't showing sent their customer support an email with you order number (good luck at this point).

Why does the store keep telling me my zip is wrong and then not allowing me to place the order? I have lived here for 23 years. Pretty sure I KNOW my zip code.

You can probably call customer service later today or tomorrow (I'm sure they're getting swamped too right now) and just verify which address your order is set to. Either way, if you were able to finish the checkout process, you should have a copy locked in, and only the address that it's going to would be changed if the address was wrong.

Made it through to step 2 just after my last post but now the states/cities won't load. Refreshing as often as the page will load. DDD;

It says on the order form I'm looking at the game will ship AFTER 23 June. So pre order = early access but you won't have the game till after release. *mind blown*

Yeah good idea.
I tried to call but their automated system (which I only assume they use) didn't even pickup. Just kept ringing.... So I guess their phone service is just as busy as the website. I'll call later on to sort it out. Here's hoping I really do have that copy locked.

When it does decide to load check out it tells me the cart is empty so I go add it back and then it says there are 2. Also occasionally getting signed off for no reason, though if this is happening to you just wait a little after clicking sign in, it will sign back in.

That's the impression I got from the site. I don't exactly see why you'd need a hard copy of the game included in the box if you're gonna download it anyway, but I guess that's just part of the tangible collectible fun for some people!

Well the store will not allow me to get past the Shipping part -.-, so close and yet so far...

I'm having no luck with mobile or the regular site, I'm logged in. The game is in the cart but as soon as I click checkout it just spins :/

Is that not just for the early access, though? You could download the client for 1.0 and 2.0 early access as well, but you were locked out as soon as day 1 hit if you did not tie a copy of the game to your account.

If they let us keep playing after early access then what's stopping people from canceling their orders as soon as they get in?

I don't know, I would assume they would send you both codes to put on your account, both for the game and the early access to add to your mog station account.
