How about something without bangs? Something effective but also pretty. Most of all, it doesn't look like it's defying gravity! A simple ponytail with everything pilled back! I would love for it to be loooong too.

Have been playing on and off since launch of 2.0. Are there any haircuts that needs to be unlocked? If so where can I read and check on that.

You can get Modern Aesthetics: Samsonian Locks off the MB (they drop from Palace of the Dead), and hairstyles from the Gold Saucer. Modern Aesthetics Curls and Modern Aesthetics Ponytails from the Gold Saucer Attendant (which I think is the afro), and Modern Aesthetics Adventure from the Modern Aesthetics Saleswoman. These are the ones available to be unlocked in-game (Mog Station, event hairstyles, and eternal bond hair aside), as far as I know.

I really hope we get dev input on this. Is there anyway we can push for it? We may need to group and make effort to ask about long hairstlyes in the next "ask Yoshida" thread.

Since SE loves to keep giving me Ariana Grande units in FFBE, why not give me some of her hairstyles? Adding in her outfits would also be a plus.

I'll add that even the event hairstyles aren't forever locked - Lightning and Snow are on the cash shop included with the outfits, and the only other in-game event I know of is iirc seasonal so the style should be available on cs next year. Minfilia's old hairstyle is included with her 2.x outfit on mogstation, and Y'shtola's new hair is included with her 3.x outfit as is Thancred's and Aymeric's. Idk if you already know this though. xD

I want long hair like Icehearts.... long hair. please... LONG HAIR!

Every time they release the two hairs, which is not even enough in my opinion the other one is something similar to we already have and it is really lame. We need something different that we are lacking like more longer (it is possible now since they released the hair in POTD) and maybe something more curly. Tired of the short straight hairs.

There's MMO's out there that very rarely add any new hairstyles at all. Two new hairstyles per content patch - which is typically every 3.5 months on average - is more than what other MMO's typically offer.

I'd like to see more conventional hairstyles suitable for male characters. I'm getting very tired of having to shun hairstyles because they're clearly designed with female characters in mind yet are labeled 'unisex' regardless. I also believe that hairstyles with bangs should have alternative options that lack them.

Please give us longer hairstyles. I do not care if they clip.

I would also love if all hairstyles (esp npc ones) weren't genderlocked, because I would love to have Aymeric's hairstyle as well. I also want his armor but that's an entirely different can of worms. (and there's probably a few guys that want the hairstyles only the women can have)

I believe that one was from the rainmaker event in a previous year.

Speculation is that it'll be coming back with this year's make it rain event.

Half-pony/long dreads (Sorry for linking to shirtless dude, I think we've all seen them by now XD)

To be honest the one hairstyle I really want is more like an edit--the first Au Ra male hair with the swept back/spiked front and half braid half pony tail in the back; I'd love to have an 'undone' ponytail version, where the front is the exact same but the back is loose and free.

All hair unlocked for all races. It's HAIRSTYLE. no reason at all it should be race specific.

I think it would be pretty neat to choose two wearable hairstyles. A "main" hairstyle you use when wearing no headgear or headgear that doesn't affect hair like glasses/tiara/masks/etc. Then a "sub" hairstyle that you get when you wear headgear that does affect hair like hats and some helmets.

I don't know how difficult it would be to implement that function or if it's even possible, but I'd appreciate it nonetheless :)

I want Nero's hair because it's a better version of the one the Roe in the lower pic has :C
