Present looking to Clear up past Points
With 3.0 expansion coming, and may repeated questions coming from the community at large with current gameplay, can you provide any information on the following as to if we will see them pre-3.0, post-3.0, or not at all:
Fishing Tackle Box - Currently baits come in around 40 items in a 100 item carry list.
Companion Options - more than just the Chocobo (and the flying one already covered for the 3.0 expansion)
Minion Options - Make them mini Companions?
MogStation Account Options
- Multi Platform per base account?
- account characters being made platform specific?
- Timed accounts for players (like myself) who also have our kids on our accounts?
FC Quests, Hunts, Events - Lots of questions, community is still waiting on hard answers...
PVP - Personally, not a huge PVP player, but would be more active if the Dev Team added FC basis, even on Frontlines.
More Unique, Relevant Statistics and Bonuses on Gear
Will you be considering more Unique Statistics and Bonuses on Equipment in 3.0 Heavensward?
In 1.0, you had Gear that could "Enhance Rampart" or "Enhance Holy" etc. Or look at Final Fantasy VII with their Materia for "Counterattack" or "Double Attack" (% Chance), etc.
More Interesting Stats and Bonuses on Gear means More Interesting Gear Sets, allowing the Dev Team to introduce *some* Horizontal Progression and NOT have to have a non-stop, boring Vertical Progression model (w/ the same 2 Core Status upgrading every few months).

Cross Server Friends List and Parties
Can consider allowing Cross-Server Friends Lists and Cross-Server Parties (w/ Friends)?
This is more of a long-term goal, for Heavensward (3.0) Expansion, but allowing us to have Friends Lists to communicate / Form Parties with friends on Other Servers would go a long way to help alleviate having friends split up on various servers.
Other MMOs have this feature, and even FF XI's PlayOnline allowed you to Mail your Friends on other Servers.

Gathering and Crafting lvl 50+ - Intentional or Dev Team Creation Block?
1 - Why do all the accessories for DoL and DoH lose the buffs to Gathering/Crafting/Perception/Control after lvl 25-30 and become GP/CP ups only?
2 - Why didn't the Fisher get accessories (and master ring) setup for Gathering/Perceptions buffs instead of the GP+ that it comes with? Fisher doesn't even use the GP at ALL!!!
3 - Why is it that DoW and DoM have gear that buffs them well for beyond lvl50 play so Materia doesn't mean much, but DoL and DoH have to have it in order to do ANYTHING above the lvl50 point?

i was wondering the rules for the forum are kind of confusing and no one wants to have there question ignored because they mis interpreted the rules so i was wondering when you say several replies are allowed does that mean theres a limit or no limit because several is a very vague term
also can you please make it clear if quick replys will be ignored or not because i see lots of people posting as quick reply instead of reply to thread and would hate to see there questions ignored because they made a mistake
Smarter "Echo Buff" System for Helping Players Catch Up
Hearing Yoshi P talk at Fan Fest about maybe creating a whole new "Story Mode" for The Binding Coil of Bahamut, it feels like this might take a lot of Development Time and resources away from creating newer content. Instead of that:
* When it's time to introduce "Echo Buff" (Help System), have you considered simply changing "Instant Death" Attacks in Coil to be "Heavy Damage" instead? (e.g., instead of "99999" change it to "-75% HP" (or whatever is needed).)
Even though I've completed First and Second Coil without the need for Echo, it feels like a change like this would go a long way to helping the casual players clear it, and save the Development Team time, so they can focus on making more New Content for everyone. :)

Party Combo System in 3.0?
* Can you please consider a True Party Combo System in 3.0? Something like Chrono Trigger's Triple Tech System, or Final Fantasy XI's Skillchain (Renkei) System?
Having dynamic, fluid Party Combos where multiple players can time it and create a Party Combo (one after another), resulting in some [Bonus Effect / Damage] would go a long way to making a more interesting and engaging battle, for EVERY battle.
Party Combos allow the Dev Team to not have to focus so much on trying to top their last obscure Gimmick, and while still providing engaging battle strategies for players in any type of battle.

Question for the Live Letter!
First, thank you for making a beautiful and fun game! My question is, would you please shed some light on the CHOCOBO FEATHER DYEING system? I have not stopped working on it, but still feel confused. A lot of players have tried to figure it out as well, but it is still a guessing game at best.
Another Question for the Live Letter!
When we create a new character, we are asked to choose a namesday (date of birth). Is there a reason for this? Do you plan to incorporate it into the game in the future? Perhaps you could send a little namesday present on that date like rare fireworks!! or cosmetic gear that is different each year and allows players to collect them over time!
A question about macro icons
Okay I wnat to know if there are any plan to allow a macroicon subcommand that emulates the old icon system (No cooldowns or costs and the icon stays lit even is used just a second ago)
While I understand the need for the current system I;m pretty sure stuff like Cooldown tiers are useless for messaging macros or Gearsets
Item Search Expansion Request
Currently it's possible to search for an item in inventory and retainer inventory in the crafting and gathering logs (but not the fishing guide/log, mind you...)
1. Would it be possible to have a chat command to search for items in our inventories?
ex: /isearch "Iron Ore"
2. If not, could we at least get the fishing log and/or Fish Guide to allow us to click on the fish and be searchable as well?
