Exactly. Most people don't need such high download speeds anyway unless they live with a family that all share the same connection. If you got a lot of people all using the same internet, then you would need more bandwidth to play with or everything chokes. For the results I posted earlier, my family and I pay for those kinds of speeds because we are always online (PC, phone, tablet, game consoles, etc) and multiple devices can eat up a lot of data. If you live alone or don't have people who hog your net, you can easily get away with a lower speed and there'd be little difference in downloads.

20 hours later, still waiting on patch to be up.

after viewing some of the speed tests I realize why so many people hate titan

My internet is a series of tin cans on strings, except goats have eaten the cans and the strings are coming out of their mouths, creating a goatnet.

At this point i wouldnt be surprised if its announced maintenance is going to be extended. We should have had the download by now. They must be having issues with something.

Yes, transfers are never faster than the slowest link on the route. I have an optimized routing between home and work, so I can use most of the upload speed.
