Again I'm asking for clarification because this is what it looks like. It just seems like for all the hard work nexus requires, its overshadowed quickly.

your definition of quickly, what is it?
Are you expecting people to have the 120 weapons, day 1? It's gonna take at least 3 weeks to get one and who knows if people have already cleared content that requires the thing to make it. Until then, your precious nexus is still the best weapon available.

you forget that
- people need a tomestone that drop in final coil to buy the new weapon before 2.5 (where it should drop from CT3)
-fcoil is one(two) tomes for 8player /week
-nexus is not the final stage of relic.

Vamper's Knives I'd say. It's ilvl 55 and all the other ilvl 55 rogue weapons are either Darklight, GC or PVP.

Anyone slightly annoyed that they made the tux unisex? There are so many items gender locked to female already, it's hard finding anything that defines my male character as just that, male. It's a little frustrating and I don't understand the inequality between genders.

Probably because a guy wearing a dress would seem weird. In real life its a lot more socially acceptable for a girl to were guy clothes then the other way around.

The problem is any serious progression group does this because they want to get through the most content the fastest. Which is done by letting DPS get the first weapons and first upgrade items which will be limited to 1 a week until 2.5 is out and they are put in CT3. Healers and tanks get the shaft again because there most likely isn't any hard core group that would let them roll on it until the dps have everything.

I'd like to see the item level sync extended beyond simply being a blanket i110 sync across all high level dungeons.
Make a curve starting at something like i70 or i80 at Amdapor and going up incrementally.
Maybe they mean to phase this in by the time 3.0 launches?

As a guy who often wears dresses and skirts, I'd say it depends on your friends/local subculture. Girls wearing ties is, in America, treated about the same as guys in skirts/dresses. Fine in some subcultures, frowned upon by the general culture. Different in Japan though, where it's totally fine.

That isn't the point. When the spring dress came out, the sailor outfit was supposed to be male exclusive, but they decided to make it unisex because "It looked good on female models". How is that fair? Just because it can be worn by either gender doesn't mean it should be. And I'm not saying this in a anti-gender, anti-gay manner... I just want armor that'll separate my character and make *him* look unique.

Just to make a small point, while there's nothing wrong with a little gender-bending, being gay and cross-dressing are not at all inherently related :P

I have to entirely agree with this. As a male myself, it is a little frustrating when females can wear almost everything we wear, and it can't be the same back. Do I want to wear a dress? No, it's not what I'm into, but we need more equality

In a Live Letter they showed what happens when you failed a ninpo combination and the Ninja ended up with a rabbit in blackmage gear (aka Lagomorph/Mysidian Rabbit) sitting on his head. This will be the 3rd appearance of the bunny as the failure sign for an ability.

Probably because like always some parents in america will likely raise a stink over it and try to sue SE or take it to the media sayin "LOOK AT WHAT THEY'RE TRYING TO TEACH OUR CHILDREN!" so on so forth. Basically if this game was Japanese MMO only, it would be fine, but the fact it's released in America and Europe? They have to take into consideration those cultures too.

Before it you got Clear Demimateria from culinarian desynthese, which do the same as the allagan coins. You get gil if you give them to a vendor NPC.

A welcome change, one step towards the right path... though I find it funny that you can feed your choco a high level expensive item outside a stable, yet god knows why you can't feed them the coloring fruits.

I am disappointed that Shiva weapons are only i110. No upgrade from what we have now means we won't see many farm parties and a lot of one and dones with the fight.

Also I don't think I saw anything about syrcus tower lockout being removed?
