Unable to connect to NA/EU data centres

Haven't been on, in a week. So I can't say when it started. But I was unable to get in all day with lobby errors.

Couldn't play for this entire week this is the second time. Last time I couldnt play for two weeks because of this stupid error 2002 and 90k. My connection is always above 80 percent and last week it worked fine. Square enix what the heck is going on? PLEASE FIX THIS :( don't let us all down. I don't want to keep dealing with this when i'm paying a subscription fee

I guess it's not just me with the issue...

If you check the disconnection page, it has the port ranges at the bottom of the page. 9 out of the 10 people I've spoken to have fixed the issue by port forwarding. Contact your ISP and tell them you want to forward the following ports:

TCP
54992 - 54994
55006 - 55007
55021 - 55040

Still having issues error 2002 and 90k. Seems like im not getting a break here. Square enix hasnt responded back yet but im not even sure what good itll do.....
Btw im on primal famfrit my isp is xfinity comcast.

I get the same as you but with 10105. So I get 90k, 2002, and 10105. From Jenova!

so i have been getting the 2002 error sense i got this game. i bought it about 2 and a half weeks ago and nothing.
i cant play on any servers.
i got to create a character but as soon as i do it boots me to the main menu of the game.
playing on ps4 and kinda upset that i paid $40 for a game that i cant return or play.
sucks too because i was really looking forward to playing also.
tried a bunch of port forwarding to and that doesn't work either.
oh well guess im not playing this game anytime soon.

Error 9000 in Mateus as well
never had such problem before - now 5-10 min and it's here
is a problem with server connection, because all other online games goes with no prob

Error 90000 error for the last two hours... never had a problem until now..

Error 2002 and we can't enter. 2 Paid account... any solution?

I thought it was just me. I'm not able to connect to the Aether Data Center but i'm able to connect to Primal. What the problem

Error 2002 can't connect at all.

I've been able to connect, just keep getting kicked off. Last time I tried to connect, it didn't let me get past the lobby. Never had an issue until today. On Jenova through Xfinity.

I'm not able to connect to any data center, the game just stays on the black loading screen after choosing a data center :/

Any soulutions or word from square about this yet??
