Evenstar Coat: More complaining!

I despise the set. The other jobs all got stuff that required imagination and creativity and all look epic!amazing and we got clown outfits this patch.

...Twice if you include the brayflox/halatali/amdapor gear.

I could understand if people hated it, and glamoured it. The issue is most of the people I have spoken too love it except for the big erect tail sticking straight up that looks like it's a glitch or something. People don't want to glamour it, they are because of the teasing for the tail.

It's actually the only thing I dislike about the top... it's like they didn't finish making it and just stuck a pin there to keep us decent.

I like the curved erect tail, i'd actually like my tail to be like that 24/7 ... without the shockingly thin binding though... our tails do look like they are suffocating.

It is not a clowns outfit lol. I actually quite like it, except for the top on females. It is a Gothica / Burlesque outfit as that is were it is clearly inspired from.

Aye, that Evenstar coat... the whole set is quite nice, actually, save for the general...idek, tackiness? of the 'bootees' (really, borderline where I can't decide whether it's bad or good), which I could easily overlook... if that was the only problem and the the tail-boner didn't exist. Because I see that and it's just so horrid I can't pass by that other detail either. Like a bad approach to the omnipresent tail-clipping issue... I mean if it's not a glitch, then what on earth was whoever came up with it thinking? And what on earth were the superiors thinking too, to let it pass like that??? So yeah, Evenstar set - yes, tail-boner - hell no. Please get rid of it asap.

Supplement: don't even try the "tail armour" explanation please. It's gear for mages, for sanity's sake, mages wear clothes (as obvious from every other piece of caster gear), not armours. It doesn't make any more sense than the tail-boner itself.

I feel stupid wearing this and I don't even have a tail. The males is alright, but that tutu... In fact the whole set is terrible, maybe pants aside.

I really like how it looks on my female Lalafell, made it work with a Vanya Hat and Gloves, and Darklight Bootsies.

Yeah, on most races there seems to be a somewhat even number of people who like/dislike the outfit. On Miqo'te however, the reception is almost unanimous that it's unwearable because of the tail. On top of it being extremely awkward, it basically lost its animation, while standing, moving, sitting, you name it. It's in the exact same position all the time. Can't wait for Summoner AF2. XD

I love the Evenstar set (minus the hat) on all races except Miquote. On them, it looks like a joke.

I can't wait to get the set (after I change to Highlander).

This is correct. There was a "suggested" class and level for armor where you could get the full use out of it, but there were minimal restrictions till the end of its life.

I don't know what this looks like on male Miqo'te, but I do agree about the tail, though. Just, why? Why did they have to do that to the tail?

Tail does the same thing on male miqo'te. I aboslutely refuse to spend my Sol on it.

Same happen on Au ra with the tail /qq
