The Next Extreme Trail Should be Sephiroth

Golden Saucer is what you get from FFVII nothing else.

I'm looking forward to Lara Croft making an appearance in XIV for the Tomb Raider re-release.

I'll say and will keep repeating this.

Sephiroth = Nael Van Darnus

This is as close you'll get to Sephiroth in this game. A character based around Sephiroth.

With that said.

Yes: New characters inspired by old famous FF villains
No: Actual FF villains cameo. (Recurring bosses do not fall in this category)

Although I don't mind other characters from previous games popping in for a visit, I think that Sephiroth is focused on way too much by the community and once he visits Eorzea you guys don't get to see him again.
Can you live with that? Maybe it would be better to have the hope that he might pop up rather than him popping up and knowing he will be gone forever. ;)
I would rather see some other lesser main party members coming in to the game somehow.

No thank you to Sephiroth or Cloud. This isn't Kingdom Hearts.

Gonna risk being crucified here but Sephiroth was just an over glorified mamas boy. I would much prefer Kefka or Kuja.

Hes been over done.

Not that it has to be Sephiroth but why can't we have something or someone show up in FF from another game as a special cameo boss battle? Tales does this all the time and people don't go screaming about immersion. I don 't see the problem with cameo events.

Seriously a Sephiroth appearance is too far fetched. Even if Cloud Appeared in this world already from FFT which both Eorza and FFT are tied to Ivalice, doesn't explain why Areith was were as part of the quest. Likely just fan service and nothing more.

As far as Major Boss fights in the future, id like to see Diabolos, Gilgamesh, Cuja (FF Boss Fight from Super Mario RPG), Emperor, Doom Train, Omega Weapon.
For minor boss fights in new dungeons/ hm dungeons, id like to see Materia Keeper(FF7), Anima (FFX), Zeromus, Hades,

Id also like to see Ruby Weapon return in Sagolli Desert as part of the Gold Saucer Patch.
