No it's not..how many times do we have to say this? It's a TOTALLY different model.

Here are only a few totally obvious differences that require a different model:

Collar is totally different. CT one is asymmetric while the battlemage one is symmetric and has a totally different opening down the chest.
The chest has those little bottles which are part of the model. They are completely missing from the CT one.
The skirt has not only a different bottom it also has that edge to the side which, again, asks for a totally different model.
The healer and dps caster CT sets are the same though, just different colors.

I'm more interested in the actual content of the Crystal Tower; I really hope its not just the usual "gather and fight boss" type of thing, I want it to be something like how salvage was in FFXI.

Most of the people complaining don't stop to think, or are incapable of figuring out, how not having a lockout would ruin the game in the long run as whole, like the developers of MMO obviously had to (as their livelihood depends on it). Most of the them are stuck in the moment of me, me, me. Even if their horrible ideas ruin the game for them, they probably wouldn't even bother to think back on how horrible their ideas were. You ever wonder why developers often don't listen to your horrible whining and ideas? Because they're horrible and shortsighted.

Don't get me wrong, I see both sides of having a lockout, as nothing is ever one-sided, but I'm willing to bet most of the people here don't bother to try to do the same. I'm sure the developers see both sides too but they made the decision in the best interest of their wallets: extending the lifetime of the game. Yes, yes, complain all you want about how it will shorten the lifetime or whatever, I'm sure the developers have all already thought of all the complaints that you can come up with; however, they've also thought of all the problems that you are either too shortsighted or ignorant to think of.
