I think White Mage spells either need a noticeable shortening of the cast times. Or make Spell Speed do more then lower the global cooldown... Maybe both the Global cooldown and cast time. Also Spell speed scales very poorly in late game and except for Presence of Mind White Mages have no mechanic to lower cast time itself and PoM is not spammable it has a five minute cooldown. I have full DL armor and accessories and my relic. And when I heal for FC mates base cast time for Cure 1 and 2 is two seconds, Cure 3 is 2.5 seconds and raise is 8 seconds... Yeah, cast times should have a stat mechanic that allows me to shorten it. Now grant it raise is useless against Titan as the person will only die on the next Tumult but that's not the point of this post.
