The info is still wrong. legacy got the same 7 days as new users.the 9.99 was determined well before any of those issues.

All of OPs points are valid and should concern SE a lot.

This game has major flaws.

Yes, in the current MMO market in 2013, if a publisher and developer that failed already once, is coming back with something that is not 100% perfect, he flawed and should feel ashamed.

I mean, they are not the first once that are doing such mistakes, yet still doing mistakes.

I love how the ONE source he linked actually says something different than what he claims. the Sociologist in me (funny enough I plan to work in the gaming industry demographics in the future) is almost literally rolling on the floor laughing right now.
