A couple things to note that I do for the triple turn in quests:
1) Do the first two turn ins as HQ and do the third as NQ. Not as efficient EXP:Allowance ratio but good if you want to use up some of your NQ synths and have extra cards.
2) I see some people grinding on the base stuff like Aldgoat Leather HQ when you can take the same item and synth it into Voyager Belts. You get extra EXP for the step and turn in + only need to use 9 Leather instead of 15. Pay attention to the base material turn ins and see if you can get better bang for your buck by using that material for a different turn in 5 levels higher.
