Spamming Flash will cause enemy resistance to Blind but you'll still receive Enmity gains. Though the amount of Enmity gained is insufficient to maintain Enmity on multiple mobs for the entire duration of the battle.

Thus, tanks typically rotate their attacks on all mobs to maintain Enmity but this isn't very effective if you are facing 3 or more mobs. In such situation, you'll have to get someone with Binding skills (e.g Sleep) to bind the adds and focus on 1
