hacked account

Keep in mind not everyone has been hacked. There is a disappearing item/gil bug that has been accepted as of right now.

The English is bad, but you should be able to get the gist of it.

Got hacked as well. Went to bed around 4:30PST and woke up to the e-mail about suspicious activity. Changed my password and logged in to find 0 gil. Nothing else appears to be missing and I am fine with just getting the rollback. Waiting a week is not acceptable though.

I as many other had the same problem. I have played 30+ MMO's and never had anything like this happen to me. I find it extremely weird that it happens here and on my FFXIV account if I would indeed have a keylogger installed ( Which I know I don't).

Also this wouldn't be as huge of a issue if Square enix didn't have the worst support in MMO history. Forcing players to wait several days just for a reply to their tickets which tells them to contact chat/phone support and then wait another week for a ROLLBACK! I mean what the heck is wrong with them? All the waiting you have to do surely takes longer time than just farming back whatever you lost

My only guess can be that they really hate money... Because no one as bad at what they do deserves to stay in business. At this point I kinda wish 1.0 had put the out of business so that someone else could have gotten the FF license.

I've been using the security token that came with my CE edition. Should I continue to use that or get the app for my phone. I'm worried about battery life on the little thing and whether or not I can replace a battery on it when it dies on me.

I'm also a ps3 user and rarely use a PC these days as I have tablet. Should I still be worried?

Wait what I been waiting 4 days already after submitting my ticket including a copy of my license proving who I am.. Are you telling me I'm gonna have to still call them?

Everyone thing I've read so far looks like it's PC users. I doubt gil sellers even use PS3.

Whelp never mind then...

Have you all used a same login/password from different forum? That's an easy way to get hacked. Once those site has been compromised and the hacker connected you between this game and the forum then all they have to do is try.
