haha perhaps you're right here. If we throw positivity in the face of everyone maybe it will rub off on the not so nice. As I mentioned in my comment above I met wonderful people today and it has made me happy.

When I have to deal with people like this, I just feed their rage. If they accuse me of being clueless on how my class works, I start asking for detailed breakdowns of what my skills actually do. If they say I can't hold mobs, I ask what skills I should use and when I should use them to keep attention focused on me. Basically, I keep pushing the button that has made them so upset to continue making them more angry.

I guess I just like to laugh at people who rage out over a video game.

I have a macro for such moments like these with such individuals.

Tanking in the game is a bit different from other MMOs and it took me awhile to figure out how to hold threat. I generally stick with the old Fast Blade -> Flash -> Riot Blade rotation since it's very MP friendly and generally holds AOE threat well enough provided the party stays on my marked target. Other than that, I'll mix it up as the situation demands.

I for one will never ridicule another player and I don't suffer those that do.

And these elitist kids will be the first ones to complain that Queues are taking forever because of a lack of tanks...

My friend (TNK and I (DPS), have done this a good few times to folks who want to run the raid. Either you roll with the TNK and his doings or we simple watch the wipe. Either the folks learn quick or bail. I like those that learn personally.

or as a tank do what i do, some time's if he's a idiot just let him get agro/threat/etc etc. and let him die they soon learn or they leave, or find a nice guild and only grp with them

also a other reason for lack of tanks they only grp with guilds/friends cause they know hte hassle of solo Q even if it is fast

That said, like Flaeb said, welcome to the internet. There is virtually no tangible consequences, which is why people are like this to begin with. Should it be like this? No, but sometimes you just need to accept reality.
