Would you join the Empire if you could? Ave imperium!

Do you not know how vile and evil they are? its like saying would you join the Nazi's during ww2?

It might have been neat to start in the empire, (perhaps as one of those kids that got brainwashed) and then around lvl 20 bump into the Scions and find out you're on the wrong side. Maybe it could be the basis of a new class/job even, (spy/sabatour?).
I doubt that'll happen though.

I would join if there was a interesting alternate view of the story scenario.

Maybe with some military drama like gundam?

It would be cool as an option, but I generally do not like playing on the side of a heavily story based game that is evil, so probably not!

I want my futur house with the theme of the empire, with a mecha magiteck in it. I hope we'll see more empire theme too in future expansion, maybe their own cities into garlemand.

I already did, a Sith Inquisitor I took to level 40 then quit out of boredom, and I must say it was great to be the straight up evil empire guy.

Oh wait...we're talking about the FF14 empire. Well, this is embarrassing.
