Why do you assume I'm complaining? And where does it say I'm requesting free game time? It's money that I spent. Read the post before you start spouting nonsense.

I have funds in PSN due to a game refund. I would like to use those funds towards paying my subscription for FFXIV, But they are on my PSN wallet, so if sub payment plans are not going to be implemented on PSN then I'll have to use a different method. I'm asking whether or not PSN subs will be implemented in the future. There have been no other announcements that I can find on this. A response from a community rep would be great. I'll continue to post here in the hopes someone can answer my question. Someone in a position of authority/ part of the ffxiv team.

I think a Petition is possible , like -"voting for PSN (SEN) subscription" or "I want to subsrcibe via ps store" , may be it is a bit too early , because SE are busy with lots of stuff and an official site suggests about possible new subscription options in the future , But im not in a hurry .
And it is so interesting, how many people can support this idea.
And I think ,it should be started here ,on FFxiv forums, because it would be clear that it is GAMER's choice :)

Yead I'd like the PSN option as well.

With regard to the PS+ for pay for multiplayer on PS4. Last I heard games that already recuire an ongoing subscription(i.e. MMOs) apparentyl won't need that PS+ subscription. Not that I have a prob since I have PS+ and it payed itself with some of the games I got to play that I would never otherwise taken a risk on.

I mean, it would make sense to because our PSN is synced with our SE accounts. I don't see why not??

Whether or not it is going to be done is one thing though, but the complete lack of information is another.
If they can take the time to delete threads that don't follow the rules and guidelines of the forums, how much more time does it take to respond to one? This isn't a complicated questions either.

Yup, would really like to see this for ease of use and it would actually encourage many console players to subscribe.

I asked them This question back before the game released about pricing and thats all I got was a generic computer generated letter stating the pricing... So if someone does get a solution it would be nice to know... I think it is easier for most to play thru psn but then again does make sense to pay directly to SE... Either way would be nice to know...

Nothing's changed. Would still like an answer to this. I know the ffxiv team reads these because there are always angry threads being removed. So since there has been no response on this query, I can only surmise that we are being deliberately ignored.
Why wouldn't giving us an answer on this be a positive thing? If no on psn subscriptions, then we'll go through mogstation. If yes, then we'll go through psn. Either way we're planning on subscribing. We're locked in, as in customers that plan on being in Eorzea for quite some time. Wouldn't informing customers on relevant information be good business?

If you don't know, or can't say-- tell us so. Don't just leave us hanging. It's frustrating, and almost insulting.
