Today there will be a psn maintenance, maybe they'll solve the problem.i'm sure they know about this.and try to think that even if we could log in probably we wouldnt be able to play because all the servers are full

I'm glad I'm not the only one who had this problem. I hope it does get fixed when Psn goes through maintenance. Although with the servers the way they are, we might not even be able to get on properly. In any case I hope they address this problem soon. I was hoping for a reply from customer support today since they received my ticket yesterday, but nothing as of yet.
nearly 48 hours now since i paid still no resolution , official reply or progression very disappointed .
And on the forum too.

Are you sure you care for your fans? I do think so...people who bought their games on 27th and 28th continues with their problem unsolved? And no news?
We payed our game!what about consumers rights?

Had similar issue and this is what fixed it::
Go to their main site:
http://www.square-enix.com/
Log in with your SE account
Click on profile, settings, link accounts and link your PSN account.
On PS3 go to account management, redeem codes
Put in the code on the back of the pamphlet not the one from the little paper
Download the client if you havent
When finished click on the client and follow the prompts, that should get you in.
Go to the Mogstation and get what service
Since we don't get a separate code with the digital purchase via the psn store, that step is done by Sony (directly to S-E) and that is the problem all digital download purchasers on the PS3 have, sadly
make sure you deleted your old client on your PSN account in the memory of the ps3. Then go back to your download history from there store and re down load the client that you bought , that should help some you. I am disappointed with sony , for the fact they made this game a exclusive title for there consoles and yet , They seem just as lost as square, I disappointed with microsoft now days, but I will tell you this they would never allow one there exclusive games treat there consumers like this. And when you called microsoft support they would forward your call to the right people also. And if there was no service . They would use the the tos that said company sign to join xbox and get it fixed. Reason i canceled my PS4 order now.
