i bought mine from the psn on august 15th (pre-order).. i never got a confirmation email, nor registration code. how would i go about redeeming my CE in-game items? they are not in my moogle mail.

How the hell do you redeem the gamestop digital CE? Error every damn time. HAS ANYONE DONE IT?
What about ppl who has Box not digital? Any way to resolve?
Bought the Digital Collectors Edition from Square Enix Store on 8/20/2013, but i never received ANY email from Square Enix.
Taking a look at my mog station account, i saw that my FF is the standard edition. WTF is happening? I bought the Collectors Edition.
Same here. 1.0 player, beta player, wanted early access, bought digital CE version.
Got early access and the items (during the whole 1 hour I got to play), received email on launch day with CE serial (already registered since used it in early access), received email with "in game items" code on release day, but under serial number, it says "Digital Rights: The_CD_key_that_comes_as_part_of_this_purchase_has_been_integrated_with_DLC_items_Please_note_that_the_DLC_items_no_longer_require_an_additional_code_to_access_your_content"
wtf? still no CE items. Mogstation says I'm standard game and to pay $20 to upgrade to digital CE.
Funny, I registered my "physical" CE on the Square Enix Member's Site and it SAYS I have the Collector's Edition... but when I check the Mog Station it says I have a "Legacy" account and that I have to pay $19.99 to get the CE upgrade...
Now to find out I'm not the only one having this problem and that the devs still have yet to respond...
To the devs: Why is it that Legacy and 1.0 players who purchased the "physical" Collector's Edition cannot use that to upgrade their existing accounts? Why do you have 3-4 services (Square Enix Member's Site, Mog Station, Square Enix Management Account, etc.) not to mention a 3rd party middle man (Playstation Network) who all need to have different codes registered to one game? Don't you realize your process leaves open numerous spaces where extreme errors can occur? (CE registers as Standard Edition, CE does not link to 1.0 accounts, Square Enix Member's site does not accept nicknames, Registration codes display as "not valid," etc.)
All I have to say is, please respond, please fix, retain your customers.

I'm having this exact same problem. I'm a Standard Legacy 1.0 player, but i purchased Digital CE 2.0. When i click the "Add Platform" button it just talks about PS3 and does NOT let me enter a code for PC. Also tried going through the "Bonus Code" section and it wont accept my code there...
Thoughts?

says my code is wrong or may have been used. :confused: i cant prove i bought the game to the website so i cant play. long hard week at work with a holiday and i probably wont get any help from the apparently horrid customer service considering my ticket was number one billion. sorry for being negative but it seems like every time i have my hopes up for the game running smooth they get crashed down. thanks se, get your head on straight soon. :mad:
i also have the "physical" game. youd think having a disc in the console would account for something...
