I'm in the same boat, as is my partner who already opened her physical CE, and wants the loot, but she shouldn't have to fork over ANOTHER 20 bucks just to get her ingame stuff.
If anyone from Square happens to read this. We are not asking for much, most of us are happy with what we have paid for our physical or digital editions, and want the contents of whatever physical package we bought. All we ask is to be able to add the code to the accounts, not jump through another silly hoop simply because we bought your old game.
