can someone tell me why this is in the tech support thread and not general?
The game is nothing less than stunning. First MMO for me and I am blow away. I recommend hangin on this day and tomorrow, issues will be fixed, and the game worth every dollar, it really is. Best game I have ever played.
That "white knight" = no lifers labeling is getting old... lol.
Had 8 hours of work this weekend. Still did my usual weekend bike rides. Took my lady out to dinner... and I've still made it up to Garuda in the main story quest.

I've gotten on 3 times today for more than a couple hours, you must not want it hard enough
Its a bit early for a refund imo.. but if these issues persist after the 27th, I don't think much can be said to change the minds of anyone who wants one. Buying a game, being given access, and not being able to create a character, or not being able to log in with an existing character is very frustrating. Early access issues, while frustrating, I can forgive. But if this is not fixed by official launch I will most likely be asking for a refund as well.
Lol to the guy who quoted ToS. When your product has had more downtime than up, when you've had 5? 6? Maintenance periods in the span of 2 days... I don't think that qualifies as "from time to time".
Semantics are EVERYTHING.
