Weinii that shouldnt make ANY difference: Because EU servers and NA servers are hosted in the same cluster.

I'm with TalkTalk and uses BT's network and have no issues

Same issue here with BT and I am unable to play like this please Square can you contact BT and sort this out, thanks

still lagging now, what a headstart this turned out to be. I try intermittently to log on a see if it's playable no luck so far

Somebody wanna tell me why my ping to the JP servers is amazingly good? Apparently not effected by throttle, yet the NA/EU is ?

I've contacted BT every night during Phase 4 (p3 didn't seem to be an issue for some reason...) and twice tonight, and they have told me the exact same thing. "I'm a total noob at my job and have no idea what you're talking about so Imma just tell you to contact the gaming company as no one else has reported this issue." Not reported this issue my a**e. Please, Square, please sort them out. They're not very good at all. They need to be told what to do, like a child.

Just though I'd add something here as a potential fix, it worked for me (not completely, but the game is playable now).
Run command prompt in administrator mode (google if you don't know how to find command prompt) and type the following:
ipconfig /release
Then hit enter.
ipconfig /renew
Then hit enter.
ipconfig /flushdns
Then hit enter.
Let me know if this helps you guys out a bit. Even if it's temporary, it's something.

Tried but surprise surprise the servers went down again..definately gonna go do something instead now!
