You can use it when you want (outside the GCD) but right after you used it, you have 2.5 sec to wait before use an other spell.

Is it worth it to add a Thunder 2 into the UI3 Rotation for the extra chance to proc Thundercloud or is it not strong enough to warrant using over B3 spam?

The dots from Thunder 1, 2, and 3 dont stack any more.

I've never experienced that. The animation takes half a second at most, and I've always been able to cast right through it. Now, I'm not arguing transpose over B3 > F3, but the 2.5 seconds thing doesn't hold water.
What I would like to know is, does transpose turn AF3 into UI3 and vice versa? Or does it go from AF3 into UI1 as it does at lower levels with AF and UI 2?

So there is no more interest to cast Thunder II, or does it still do more damage than Blizzard III or even Blizzard II ?

Thunder 2 is 50 potency with dots ticking at potency 40. Duration 15
Thunder 3 is 60 pot with dots at pot 40. Duration 18

yeah same here.

I've been thinking of doing blm but I'm iffy on it now. Is max level blm simply a questionable 1 or 2 rotation order of spells?
