Easy to interpret to your liking if you're reading translation text...but if you associate the text with the tone of the scene, you'll get a much much different interpretation (mainly, trolling).

If they were seriously hard up about "spoilers", as someone said before, Soken wouldn't have even been able to step on cam with the getup he was in.

Edit: I got a better OCR on the fine print. Seems to talk about size ratio, which matches what the transcript says Soken said about him.

So, I'm now 100% sure that Louisoux is in fact alive. And it looks like he has fixed his staff too.

Meh, I watched it, am JP-capable, and didn't get that impression; it's worth noting I saw the video before seeing Rein's post.
