I hope this is true because Keith Dragoon will settle for nothing smaller than Dalamud sized housing!

I am probably behind the times but when the subject of housing was first broached I distinctly remember Yoshi-P stating housing would be Free Company based due to costs of land and materials with individual ownership coming later. Has this changed? Everything I have read in this thread presuposses individual ownership at launch. I hope you are correct as I want nothing to do with Free Company housing as it appears to be a system that is ripe for abuse. Please let me know which scenerio is correct. Thank You

Right now it looks like FC housing will be ready at launch and followed by individual housing in first patch/expansion.

Is there a long waiting period for applications with the Syndicate?

When Eorzea's economy starts to flatten I hope the devs introduce taxes like property tax, Eorzean council tax (someone has to take your garbage away every week), road tax, dangerous weapon displaying tax...

And let's not forget the Chocobo droppings tax. Those birds aren't gonna clean it themselves you know.

If they do that I might need to put my Gobbue out to pasture, don't want to think of what that tax would be...
