FFXIV on PS4?

XI works on backwards-compatible PS3s. FFXIV very well may be compatible with the PS4, though I wouldn't expect any upgraded performance or visuals.

I read a tweet from sony ceo about exclusive titles of ff versus xiii

Well, the PS4 uses an x86 processor, standard but "enhanced" (whatever that means) GPU, and has 8GB of shared GDDR5 available, so it'll probably be a great experience on the PS4 and easy to port from the PC version.

XIV can be a launch title for the PS4... but where is my Versus?!

"Share" button. Those pro-hardcore gamers can take control of my character for me and beat Ifrit (hard) remotely!

Or would that be against ToS...

All of that is on hold/pushed back untill they get ARR out and if that doesn't go over well...let's just say it'll be something like "Platnium Games Presents: Final Fantasy Versus XIII."
