From the original media pack during E3 it was misinterpreted because people thought it referred to Ishgard as a fortress rather than castle (the city). but then they clarified it was a fortress (different locale) and not the actual city of ishgard.

i see, so you are just arguing about the semantics of translation error/misinterpretation. i just thought a translation error was a misinterpretation.

Just watched the video...it was really nice! The game play looks great and the graphics too :) I hope this game gives me the same feeling FFXI did back in the day...:o

Sure it will, until you see 100x detail and hit your space bar breaking the SE barrier, everything turns to double rainbows and raining gold.

I don't want another FFXI either. :) I just want to have as much fun as I did in FFXI in ARR. I meant like..if I was to say "I hope I have as much fun playing XIV as I did in when I first played FF6 (or any game I enjoyed a LOTTT)" if that makes sense lol >.<

Didn't notice the first couple times I watched this vid but they have the new battle BGM running when they switch to caster to show how the spell cast looks (was too concentrated on translation i guess... on first time ww)
