What they need to do is prevent consumable items from being sold to NPCs, that would completely stop the seal to gil conversion insanity.

just change the resell price on all gc drops to 1gil each and let it be done. if they want to continue selling to the npc at that price i feel sorry for the ones doing it day and night.

Theres not really a reason to stop the dawn drop thing. It could be done well before atomos, just atomos is a faster way to get seals than the rest. But who really knows what the hotfixes are..

I hope they do something with server stability also . Today trying to do a leve was stuck with r0, and when r went up again I found myself dead. twice.

Exactly.. secondly GC arent the only way to obtain those drops.. changing their value would affect sales outside of just grand company farming..

when people are exploiting a feature to make millions a day there is a reason for them to fix it.

it's like saying there's no reason they fixed the fish hooks and francesca heads back in the day. people were exploiting it to make profit via npc so they fixed the issue.

It should have been 1 voidstone click per atomos kill right from the start.. I can't believe they allowed it to be this way for so long :\

Maybe they'll add a merchant to the Grand Company halls so I can just turn around and sell my Dawn Drops instead of having to leave the area.

Exploiting? I would farm potions/medicines all day in various locations to make money.. how is that any different from trading in dropped items to resell it to NPCs?

How is it any different from using your rewards from GL to sell?

Because its done so easily and can pull in a lot of money? What about the people who were doing it after spamming dungeons and selling the drops? Now that they can make more money from doing the same thing its an exploit?

Sorry, they can call it an exploit but it was just poor thought on their part when creating this event.

People act like selling GC items for gil is a new thing, its only new because now people are finally reaching disposable seal status. Its also something EVERYONE can do, you dont even have to kill Atomos to do it...

I am not sure why people are crying, the game ends in less than 2 months and they are adjusting prices at 2.0 launch.
