FFXIV App <3

Would love to see something comparable or better come to FFXIV.

It'd be unfair to have an app that you could log/mine/fish with. How'd you move your char to the spot? How'd you move it between nodes? One for crafting I agree with. Checking MW prices? Fine by me. But not gathering.

I'd love that Rift app for FFXIV to communicate with my LS mates =)

Would love to see an app that allow you to respond to chat, seek pt and accept pt invites.

A smartphone app that does the same job as a security token would be good (and I would still expect a mog satchel :P). I wouldn't mind paying for it either.

Other useful things as others might have mentioned: anima level, Guardian's Aspect remaining, guildleves remaining, recent retainer sales

Since this old thread got bumped, I’d like to let you know we are planning to have an app for smart phones that is linked to game data. For example, we are thinking about having a background created by Akihiko Yoshida and making the following information viewable:

• Character information
• Friend information
• LS member information
• Free company information

…perhaps in the future, something related to housing information and such as well.

Though we are not able to share any details on this just yet, if you have any feedback please let us know. :D

1. Perhaps an ingame LS event calender with ability to access it also on the App

Would be nifty to be able to chat with LS via app, but thats probably a pipe-dream.

Ehhh... >.> please poke them about a randomly generated key access like the security token app. Some people can't order those from too far away because mailing sucks.
